I became familiar with this tasty dish from my vegetarian relatives, and I love it. This tasty dish does surprisingly look similar to the texture of meat when cooked and can be used in meat dishes such as stir fries, chill and much much more!! It is a great source of protein for those who don’t want to eat too much meat or cut it out of there diet all together.
